Skid plates

I put the Tusk skid plates and Super ATV trailing arm skids on mine. Definitely had to replace the torn up plastic OEM ones, but left the steel plates on either side of the front. They are thin and don't weigh much. I figured they gave a little extra support and at least I know where they are at and don't add to the clutter in the shop. I did do a little bit of a different install on the trailing arm skids What have you done to your KRX since you bought it? post 147.

Just ordered a full set of the Trail Armor Skids, A-arm guards, and trailing arm guards. its amazing what peace of mind costs...
If they are like the Tusk versions, the hardest part of the install are the two bolts on the very front. With the Trail Edition getting the nuts on to the bolts is a real challenge due to the front bumper and winch. I ended up using a box end wrench with a piece of tape to hold the nut in to get them in place.
