I installed a SATV long travel kit on my 2020 KRX this weekend. A lot of work, took about 12 hrs total. Found out my upper passenger side A arm pivot bolt was loose for quite a while. The holes were wallowed out pretty bad. When I have more time, I will add some weld washers. Imo, our frame tabs are very weak for such a beefy machine.

The rear went in nicely with the preset hiem joint setting from SATV. The fronts I had to move out quite a few turns to get the camber right. I'm doing a shake down ride this weekend. I also need to get someone to help bleed the brakes better. It definitley adds wheel travel, I had to add more blocks on the floor jack to get my tires back on.

It's coming in at 74 inches and that is without wheel spacers and offset wheels.

I did a flex test with my forklift. About 34 inches. No sway bars.

The wheel travel is measured at the wheel. The wheel is further out from the pivot point at the frame tabs. Also, they moved the lower shock mount 3/4" out farther which I believe will allow for the extra travel.

I was able to get out to Logandale Trails for a little rock crawling. First thing I noticed was how quick it would steer. And I felt I could leave it locked a lot longer than I would before. That's comparing to having wheel spacers or off-set wheels. I ran 1" for a while, then 2", was great for adding width, but killed the handling with tons of feedback in the steering wheel.

I also was trying out the 35" Terra Masters. They felt great trail running, soaked up the rocks. Crawling, they need to break-in. Had trouble with climbing at an angle, they wanted to slip off.

All the settings felt good, tie rods are off a little and the brakes still feel a little mushy.

Sorry I don't have ride pictures of me, but I do have a video of my buddy in his KRX going up Bronco Falls. I'm heading back up to my place in the Saint George area this weekend. Should get in a few rides at Sand Hollow.
