Winch install part question?

Hi all. I ordered the Warn winch install kit and winch. Going through all the parts to get an idea of what I will be doing this weekend. So everything is accounted for but I seem to have an extra plate. Well, not positive it is extra but I cannot find any info out about it. Can any of you identify this plate and what/where it would be used? Any help would be great. Thanks everyone.

That bracket is not needed
For your install. I have to say Kawasaki as with all there accessories did a great job with the design of the install kit. Only took about 45 minutes.
