I noticed a few people running half windshields, and would like to know the benefits of it? To me, it looks like it would direct all the wind and dust right at your face?

I currently run a full windshield in the cooler times, and remove it completely during the warmer months here in AZ. Is there any advantage to having one vs not having one? (Half windshield of course)

It may be just me, but our half windshield seems to reduce the turbulence in the cab. There is significantly less dust than our UTV with a full windshield. When we first got it, I actually thought it was kind of stupid, now I'm kinda liking it.. Tagged for hopefully a more scientific input.

That’s the thing. When running without a windshield in the summer, I just wear goggles with tear-offs on them. I’m trying to figure out if the half windshield will lesson the dust coming in.
My full windshield creates a ton of dust in the cab, even with a rear window installed. I cut in 2 Seizmik vents for my windshield, but have yet to see if they’re affective at breaking the dust bowl.

I can vouch for the less dust in the cab. I have the super atv half windshield. For me in the winter, it blocks all the cold air from hitting your body/chest area and over the top of your head/face. Goggles needed for sure. In the summer I take it off completely. I’ve rode with it on in 108 degree weather and it sucked lol . No windshield can be ran in the desert here where I live, you will literally sweat and cook to death.

I have run both on my Honda and currently have a half on my KRX. I prefer the full windshield in the non dust riding areas and in the winter here in AZ. The half is great for deflecting the wind up and over my head. No matter what you're going to get dusty, it just reduces wind in my face, enough that I can hear my cheap blue tooth speak at 45 mph. The full windshield just creates a vacuum.
