I purchased a cheaper Lenovo tablet and I am now pretty sure it doesn't have GPS on it. I am going to return it and wanted some input on what yall use. A friend d of mine mentioned it needed a compass built in too? I searched the forum and saw a few threads but still was unsure. I dont want to rely on cell connections. Also what is the preferred software?

Ended up going with a samsung tab a7 with 10.4 screen. Ram mount. A green case to match and onx offroad $30 a year version. Looks good and will test this weekend in mena Arkansas.
