Have you considered just cutting the bars down a couple of inches and re welding them?I you find a solution to be able to move your seat back you won't be able to put click 6 harnesses in your machine. The standard seat sliders move the seat right upto the harness bar. I'll include a picture. View attachment 489
I used two pieces of stainless 1.25x0.25 flat bar and moved my driver seat back about 1.75 inches. I unbolted the seat mount/ slider mechanism and bolted down the flat bar. Then drilled new holes in flat bar 1.75 farther back and reinstalled the seat. Works great.
Thanks so much.... I'll be getting this done!Yea I could’ve went farther. My wife is short so she slides the seat up when she drives. I had to take that into consideration and not move the seat too far
I had to countersink the rear boltsWorking on the plans for this, i noticed that the flat bar rear bolts will have their heads sticking and preventing leveled installation of the seat frame, any suggestion?

For those of you with krx 1000s. I am making and selling new seat brackets they bolt in. Take maybe 10 minutes and will raise the front of your seat 1.25 inches and allow it to go back another 3.5 inches. Makes the ride so much nicer for us big and tall guys. Pm me for more info.
They are cnc cut from .25 in steel and when finished over .5 inches thick at the back and 1 25 at the front. I will guarantee them for life. They also support your entire seat track to ensure you don't bend it. Uses factory holes and no mods needed seat still works the same.
50.00 per seat. Plus shipping
