Blew out my clutch cover. Was looking over the rollers that move on the clutch shoes. They look a little rough. Not pitted but not very smooth on the surface. Forgot to take pictures. Still have the original clutch shoes installed. Could this be the reason for the face of the clutch shoes wearing to fast? Have just over 700 miles. My set from RCOR is still on order.

Made to order,as in they will just screw in the weights?that u can change in five minutes.they seem like a great way to go.all of us should be schooled as to understand how to do it r selves.
This link is great to explain how the placement of weights affects the krx.
MORE WEIGHT NEAR HEEL INCREASES ACCEL
• MORE WEIGHT AT TOE DECRESASES RPM
• 1 MAGNET CHANGE IN EACH ARM WILL ALTER RPM APPROXIMATELY 150RPM
OUR SETTINGS ARE A GENERAL BASELINE.

This is the link with pictures and a good explanation.

I don’t think RCOR sends any info in their clutch kit. Although they sure ship in a handy container that has the parts placed nicely for future use.

They are made to order in regards to the weights they install and ship to you. Otherwise the so called shoes are the same for every order.
What I meant by MTO was ... I'm pretty sure he has the weights made(machined) as they are ordered. At least I think that's what his video said....I don't think he keeps stock. I'm aware it it takes seconds to install weights.

He was getting them in batches. But they sell out so fast. The machine shop he deals with is in MI I think, and then has to make a run of them and ship to him, as I understood it when I was in contact with him last fall. All I know is I’m happy as hell with my RCOR weights with almost 500 miles on them.

Just got off the phone with Kawasaki about the clutch weights. They said we have the go to the dealer and let them look at it then they complain to Kawasaki. But most of our rigs are out of warranty , another problem. Someone needs to start making new and better rollers. .

Good grief is the whole primary basically junk in these machines?

The rollers are not replaceable, you have to get an entire new clutch if the rollers are damaged... the stock weights are total junk, whatever coating they are using seems to flake off and then get in the rollers.... this is a brand new set of weights, the KRX has less that 1 mile on it, and the coating is coming off and apparently they are not square because it's just on one side.

That link opens a pdf file about PVCX for Polaris.

So you can’t physically replace the rollers on this primary or just no one makes aftermarket rollers yet I am having some slight grooves starting already got new weights and gboost belt but I would like to replace the rollers also just for peace of mind
