i mounted mine just to the left of the factory dash back against the dashboard. i drilled a hole near it to run the cable down to the diagnostic plug located just above and to the left of the gas pedal; the display can be electronically "flipped" if it's upside down after mounting; easy to read while driving; ill see if i can get pics later

also: mount it with self adhesive velcro, makes temporary removal if needed easy;

I put mine in the same place, but right behind the speedo. I can see it when the steering wheel is in position.
I just ran the wire through the steering opening.

FYI, I called Dynojet and they told me the PV3 in not designed to be water resistant. Something to consider.

New here...just how do you remove the left dash panel to install new rockers switches?
Leave it in and just cut out the square. I used utility knife and heated the blade up with a propane torch. Super easy and leaves it clean
Agreed. And I wired the switches with wires plenty long enough to get where they needed to go. Then insert the wires into the hole. Don’t pop the switch into the hole until everything is working. Then at the end pop the switch in.
