Just want to see what everyone is running for aftermarket steering wheels and make a thread so people interested in getting an aftermarket wheel can see options.
I come from the world of drift cars and lowered cars so I wanted to incorporate some of that so I went with the assault utv adapter hub, high quality viilante deep dish steering wheel white with red splatter and gold chrome
(for the jdm effect lol ) after all it is a japanese machine, now waiting on my nrg quick release to come in

Well this is what I needed, something else to spend money on! :)

Thanks for the thread, I like what I see so far. I've never investigated this.

No wood pedals...my 1st gen extension (in primer) for 2 footing. It is now mounted under the existing giving more comfortable position.
What qd hub is that? You and I, across multiple threads seem to have the exact same taste in most things KRX, from steering wheels to heel rests to left-foot braking - even the same windshield and color lol. Pretty sure you're my doppelganger at this point.

(1) Kawasaki KRX 1000 STEERING WHEEL ADAPTER and Steering Wheel Kit (rad.parts)
Mine above, my wheel is bolted directly to it now. Oh the QD is a cheap $20 part off ebay....China is probably making Sparco's...it looks the same
I like Dragon Fire they make a quick release where you bolt on a spline adapter to the steering shaft and the quick release goes right on the same/near offset location as the stock wheel. I tried to mount my QR to the hub and the wheel was a little too close even with the seat all the way back which is good for me. I think the Dragon fire system is better because you can use the right spacer to get wheel distance tuned in.

I hope Robby Gordon is successful in making his brand of buggy!!!!!

Having trouble finding a KRX compatible version of the dragonfire. Do you happen to have a link?

Looking for suggestions on a strong, sturdy aftermarket steering wheel, I purchased one an had it on for 3 rides an it bent the first ride an now it broke where the spoke attaches to the wheel itself. Not into bashing the company I purchased it from but any suggestions would be great if someone has put one on an it seems to be sturdy, thanks

When you "tell the truth" you can't be bad mouthing....It's the truth. It's impossible to be wrong or "bad". Let people know so they don't get a bad deal.
