Wow, hope that isnt a flaw in all of em? Was it whoops or jumps or just broke?
I've heard similar responses about Kawasaki, they aren't the easiest to deal with. Which insurance company are you with? Thanks for the reply’s! The shock mount broke while I was going through a rocky straight stretch in the desert. It caused me to flip on the passenger side. It’s been an uphill battle with Kawasaki and I have had to turn this into insurance. It should be fixed next week.
I’m with Geico and things have been smooth with them and my dealer.I've heard similar responses about Kawasaki, they aren't the easiest to deal with. Which insurance company are you with?
Keep us posted on the fix.
Here are some pictures of where the frame shop doubled up on my shock mounts. The left side is the one that was broken but they went ahead and matched both sides.I've heard similar responses about Kawasaki, they aren't the easiest to deal with. Which insurance company are you with?

It broke at 138 miles. The entire 120 break in was riding on Idaho desert backroads. The 18 were at bulldog canyon OHV area in Arizona. My issue is during that 18 miles we were doing open desert riding with mild rock crawling... I just expected this “beefed up machine” to handle a little more. While I don’t doubt that Kawasaki does a good job most of the time, I never got a chance to even speak to a field rep nor did they do a site visit to my dealer to look at the machine. Here’s to hoping it’s happy trails from here definitely excited to have it back.Kawasaki is one of the better manufacturers when it comes to standing behind their products. I betting someone bottomed out the right front suspension hard at some point, which led to this failure. These shock mounts don't "just break". Can't expect Kawasaki to fix everyone's mistakes. That said, that's why we put insurance on them. Good to hear your's is taking care of you, and getting you back on the trails again. Ride on.
