By design doesn’t look like the wires supposed to come out, looks like it’s part of a connector. If you still want to pull them out, What you need is a depinning tool. You can find them at Home Depot. I’d recommend a small flathead but you run risk of damage.
you can straighten out a paperclip or go get the tool at hd.. push the wire into the body while sticking the pry tool along the side of the connector to bend the tab that holds it in .. then pull it out.. once out you can straighten it out with a small pliers if needed and slip it back into the right spot for the switch... or.... just cut the wires and install a spade connector if you loose patients with the little bugger!
