While accelerating it sounds like my machine is shifting gears. I know this is not possible but can anyone explain this? I have just under 1100 miles on it. Belt?

Based off of description looks like a clutch issue.
Not sure on the Krx but every time my can am would start shifting like a car the primary had to get pulled and repaired.. basically ramps, rollers, brg and springs... that happened on my Qsc clutch (team clutch) about every 1000 to 1500 hours.. I would replace the belt, secondary spring and helix as well..then it was good to go for another 1000 hr's! the fine dust just takes a toll on cvt's
I blow out the clutches with compressed air on my X3 every couple hundred miles. The amount of dust is incredible.

Have you even pulled your clutch cover? Start there...

Great. Time to call the dealer I guess. Thanks for the replies all.
i am having the same or similar issue, i took the cover off my belt, i noticed a groove in my primary clutch 1/2" to 3/4" from the outside of the sheave, it feels like it is shifting every time the belt goes thru the groove.
