Talked to my dealer in Michigan back in January 2021 and he said he was expecting them, I then put in my order in April as I didn't want whatever he gets to be sold before I get a chance to buy one. Talked to him a month ago and he said there were several factors why none were available even though they are built and Kansas plant they are waiting for parts from Japan and they maybe be in transit by ship and are waiting for the west coast ports have a Hugh back load of ships waiting to be offloaded. Another possibility is what all auto makers are experiencing is chip shortage as this is the computer controlled suspension model and the car dealers here in Michigan have a massive lots full of cars and trucks waiting for these chips and I think the SXS market is low on the list of who gets the chips if that is what is delaying shipments. Last possibility is Covid has made the manufacturing process to be way behind.
So has anyone heard differently or gotten the 1000ES yet?

Live in the Detroit area and the dealer is Metro Powersports in Pontiac, it use to be Anderson cycle and was told from my Honda contact that they were Michigan largest volume dealer, but I guess it must not be anymore if they can't get any of the 1000ES models in over 6 months

How'd they treat ya? They did me well when I bought my '19 T4 there. They couldn't touch my local dealer when I bought my KRX, though.
They were fair. Knocked a few hundred off the price. They didn't have to do that because I got the first one that came in and I believe the dealers only received one unit for now. More coming in the next month.
Joey worked my deal. Nice guy and fair. The car is awesome. Now spending time installing my accessories.

The ES owner's manual suggests it supports 2 cameras on the new TFT display. The option is grayed out until a camera is installed. Has anyone done this yet? Know the resolution the display supports?
I've found two 4 pin plugs located right next to the accessory plugs at the passenger front fender & drivers rear fender.
The wires are: black/yellow stripe, brown, green/black stripe, blue/black stripe.
Obviously the brown is 12v+, black/yellow stripe is 12v-.
The other two should be for composite video.
I can't find any other plug that would make sense for 2 video inputs. Their location is logical for camera support (front & rear).
Kawasaki corporate has not responded to my inquiry. I've not found a 2021 es service manual (they appear out of stock). I assume that means they've not been made available yet.
Anyone sorted this out yet?
Anyone recognize this plug and know where to get the female end of it?
