Did anyone have trouble with the trailing arm guards aligning with the holes where the shock protectors area? I could only get the outside holes to line up. Also had trouble with holes lining up for the brake lines, had to drill them out larger and at different angles.

Had a few problems with the trailing arm guards, cargo box rear, tail light guards where it attached to ROPS and a little bit with the headlight guards.

It seems as of late, there have been some issues with quality control. I would imagine that the Covid crap has screwed up production runs. I had no problems with any of the accessories fitting properly.

I had to put a floor jack under the skid to get it to line up. Everything else I put in from Kawasaki has worked out ok.

Man I had problems with EVRYTHING fitting.
Ha, honestly I had seen a few of your comments and thought maybe you were just unlucky. But the majority of the Kawasaki accessories I had required some modification or don't fit quite right.

The only one that I didn't have issues with were the lower sport bumpers and the A arm guards.

Mine went on no problem. I did use a jack to get them in place. Started the lower screws, jacked it up more and put the top bolts in, then tightened it all down. Without jacking them up, I could see some issues without some help.

Maybe most are installed by dealers so they don’t give a shit. Only thing I can think - they sure are proud of them. I will say that compared to Yamaha they are much better at accessories.
