HELP!

So, I’m driving to Arizona from Texas for a vacation and my KRX is trailered behind. At some point, somehow, the plastic grill that covers the radiator flew off. So the hole where the radiator is has no protection. I called a few shops along my way and none had one in stock. How detrimental is that part? Or any other ideas?

I would put something temp like chicken wire or something. hate to hear something went through your radiator. Definitely would not follow to close to someone or watch for oncoming stone throwers. Safe travels Marino!
you could pick up some plastic screen from a home center n duct tape it down temporarily

I have found after trailering my rig that the push pins on the hood pop out ... I haven't lost anything but ready to bolt and nut the hood panels down..
View attachment 374 Not laughing but same thing happened on our other machine.
Did you order a replacement? I can’t figure out the part number.
So one thing to check on these grills is once it clicks into place you actually have to push the tabs up so they can “lock in”. I spent about 2 hours on my rig cleaning and going through it. I believe it’s removable to spray off mud or debris that got caked on the radiator.

Not yet we’re trying to get it warranted. I can ask tomorrow what the part number is but like with any question we have on these machines “they will need to call Kawasaki”. My whole thing with the parts is the pdi should have found a lot of the nick knack [email protected]$!. These are Kawasaki’s not Polaris.
Part number is 14093B on the diagram.

Partzilla lists it as 14093-0810 for $80.

Awesome I think they said it was around 100.00. I am going to try and get warranty on it but if not what is another 100.00 in this thing. I’ll be dirty 30k before I know it lol.

Nah, you'll be $20 ahead 😉
Well the machine was loaded on the trailer and driven home 25 miles and it came off some how. I think that that is a warranty item now if I smashed the shit out of it on a trail that would be different but who knows I have been wrong before. Don’t get me wrong I love this machine and think that it is a solid chassis but little things are my biggest complaint. Like anything else these are off road TOYS but I don’t think they should have parts rattle off from the showroom to the garage. Their are little things that are b.s for the price and for these but over all I would buy it over anything that is out right now hands down.
First week I had mine I left mine on ground and accidentally run over it.
I had damaged it were it would not fasten back, therefore now I use zip ties to hold it in place...

So the moral here is, you may want to zip tie it as well..

Or buy a new one they’re about $100 bucks. McGrath racing came out with a metal aluminum one for $149
