Anyone weld or bolt on a different footpad?

The present ones look as elegant as if like I may have made them in 8th grade metal-shop class.

Gotta be a way to get more funner rubber grip for the gas especially.

Thinking about it I have slipped off the gas peda a few times. Would be nice to find a rubber cover

Following.. New owner with only 125 miles. I find the pedal a tad too high (compared to past machines). I'd be interested in a longer (closer to the floorboard) pedal or add on.

I had slipping problem as well and just got some skate board tape and cut it into thing strips and put all over gas and brake pedals....works great...at least for me.

2" wide non-skid tape added to pedal AND door entry thresholds for shoe scuff and slip protection.
