My machine is currently in the shop waiting on a back ordered part (relay) that is not faulty or Kawasaki specific with an ETA of Sept 26th. Kawi customer care says all they can do is try to expedite getting parts to the dealer. Has anyone found anyone at Kawi who actually can do something to help?

Been in that boat before, the most they’ll do for you is give you free accessories. Nearly everything is back ordered.
