I have about 150 miles on my Dalton kit, but also have a vibration that feels like the belt ribs. Is that possible? Clutch kit is awsome , power is right there instantly. Just wondering if that vibration i feel in the seat of my pants.
U can pull the belt cover and rev in neutral to watch the cvt. I would lean more towards something else depending on mileage. Carrier bearing possibly. Also me and 2 buddies have wore out the Dalton weights. Mine grooved at 1,000 miles. They are not hard enough and they are not warranting them now.
We have about 2500 on machine, i check all the joints ,all good. I'm not happy that you wore out the weights already. It must be the belt. ,it's to rapid for a carrier bearing. It stated right away after install.
The Dalton is higher reving than stock. Also I think the biggest upgrade is the secondary spring. It backshifts quicker so your in a lower ratio when u let off the gas and get back on it. I pulled my primary spring several rides ago and it was a great setup. Just sucks the weights are crap.
