Not that I’ve seen. I’m sure it wouldn’t be hard to make a quick cover, there’s just bolts holding it on. Maybe those plastic knobs like the ones on the tailgate? As far as belt replacing not sure there’s a way around removing the bracket then sticking a M10x60 with 1.25 pitch in the clutch bolt hole to loosen and swap the belt.
