Click noise in high gear when slowing down on a hill

I have 80 miles on my Krx 1000 and was wondering if anyone else has had the click noise like something disengaging when going down a long smooth hill (+/- 25 degrees). After topping the hill and decelerating coming down it will use the engine brake for a couple of seconds then something disengages in the trans and it rolls faster and makes a clicking noise until coming to a stop. I can shift to low and back to high and noise is gone. I only use low when on a technical hill but this is on a hill you could go 50 mph down if you wanted to. I dont think this is by design. Before I leave it at a dealer for weeks thought I would get other input.

Nevermind. I found a post that explained the shifter adjustment perfectly.

Can you reply with where you found the adjustment? Had it happen to me 3 times this weekend and each time I was on a very steep hill.
Same here guys. Post if you have more issues plz

I have the same noise. What was it?
You need to adjust your shifter arm as far back as possible and add the stronger spring offered by JB it is $8. My issues seem to be gone at this point. I cannot reproduce any longer. I actually had to remove the shift arm at the transmission and move it back a knurl to take tension off the cable when the unit was in High gear. The lever should FLOAT in High gear with no tension.
