Cannot tighten anti-roll

2436 Views 4 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  Joe
Made the mistake of trying to disconnect the front anti-sway bar, took it for a test ride and too much body roll for me.
My problem is now when i try to put the swivels back on and tighten them they turn and I cannot tighten them?
Any tricks to this? Thanks!

Never mind I got an impact wrench to work but noway to torque these things?
You want them connected for any type of moderate speed riding but Its nice to be able to disconnect for slow rock crawling. Increase articulation and reduce front end stresses. I run quick disconnect front links on my X3 from CA Tech and they are really nice. Maybe they will come out with some for the KRX
Usually on links like that there are flats machined onto the shank so you can get a wrench on them. You may have to slide to boot back a bit to see them.

If you look at the end of of the studs they have a place for an allen wrench.
