Hi all, haven’t seen many builds around, mine has been months in the making due to back orders, but here’s my white KRX build. So far have some of the cosmetic things like the white roof and half shield and bumpers. Also have KC Pro 6 mounted with the Kawasaki 38inch mounts (fits like a glove), skid plates, rugged radio, PRP GT3 seats and soon to be installed is the graves full exhaust and tune!

Sorry for the late reply I had not been checking my own thread! The exhaust does make the throttle response better and has given a few more mph. The sound though is what makes it! The sounds is extremely throaty and mean and has some crackles and back fire, sounds like a trophy truck!

FQ,
I too have done the ECU flash and added a stage 5 Trinity exhaust (full).
Question for ya, when riding do you now notice more of an exhaust smell inside the cab?

Of course I have a full back windshield and front as well. Just want your take on that, as I'm seeing the smell, almost with both windshields seems back airflow too IMG_20200516_101608794.jpg IMG_20200517_181009720.jpg

Mike, are you smelling just the exhaust breaking in? Or are you smelling fumes. If you’re smelling fumes I would say yes I have noticed more which should be expected from straight piping the vehicle. I believe, if I’m correct, the stock pipe has some sort of catalytic converter so eliminating that will explain the fumes. I may be wrong though I didn’t really look into if the stock pipe had a cat or not.

Stock pipe did have a cat, inside the big can on way out lol..

With these new full exhausts, they have springs to pull them together and no heat shield's. In the connections I am going to weld those areas to reduce seeping.. and design another heat shield above exhaust..

Also I am going to cut/add seizmik versa cents to my rear windshield, to see about better airflow... But yes love the exhaust, and the sound ..
