With this winter it took forever to get the hours miles needed.
I was supposed to take it to the dealer this morning (120 mile round trip over two passes) than looked out the window at the freshly fallen wet snow allover the trailer, than I looked at the warm shop with the KRX all nice and dry....yep I'm doing it here. Went well as expected. No water in front diff. Went through front to back and all was well. Going to inspect the clutch tomorrow and pull the spark arrester and done! A joy to work on compared to other brands!

The ramps are worth every penny.

Did you check the torque on your bead locks again? Mine were loose from the factory, I torqued them right after I brought it home. I checked them today and they were out of spec again by about 6 or 7 ft lbs. All squared away now. Tomorrow is my first ride since I did my service and removed my primary spring last week. I’m pumped.

I hit my 120 miles and 9hrs on my first weekend. Y'all are slacking. After the first ride I didn't want to stop riding! Just did my 2nd oil change couple weeks ago at 470 miles. Going to change the oil every 500 miles and service the differentials every 1k. Parts are cheap. Labor is easy.

What's the torque on those bead locks?

41 foot pounds IIRC. For future reference it is in the owners manual. I say that CUZ I've forgotten it myself about 3 times now. There is also a specific tightening sequence that involves two passes in the same manual.

Holy hell. I literally drove around a cornfield for 2 hours today and am only at 52 miles. This half throttle stuff is killing me . I can't wait to get it above 6,000 rpm
