Thank you for the response. I have a 42” curved light bar. But thought why not? I’m wiring them together to avoid running another switch. I saw the 8” kawi one, but I’m being a cheap ass and don’t want to spend the money on it ( although prices are high with kawi) when I can get 2 on amazon for $40.I can only comment on the factory one. I picked it up on the Black Friday sale they had, and it’s pretty bright for its size, and fits perfectly. (Obviously)
I don’t ride at night, so I only needed a little extra light for early morning and late in the day riding. If you ride at night, I’d go full blown light bar.
Thank you sir!
The factory one is 9” on the body plus the posts. You should be able to fill the gap between the body of the light and the tabs on the bumper with washers.I have ordered the 8 inch from Rhino that is 9.5 inches on the tabs. It was a little on expensive side but when I get it installed I can let you know how it is.
From the little bit we can see of your machine, you need to get out more. It's way too clean!
You’re absolutely correct. Right now she’s been parked in the garage during the winter, little to nippy for riding right now. Besides, I’m waiting on more parts to come in to the dealer, so I can get my front end done. From the little bit we can see of your machine, you need to get out more. It's way too clean!
Man I wish led bars were invented in the 90’s. I would of been grateful for all that extra light. Especially on my old Yamaha big bear. Halogen lights sucked lolHad a 12" Auxbeam on the General and have a 7" Auxbeam bar on my ATV. Very impressive for such a low cost.

Hey Bob, does the grill insert still come out easily with that light bar there? If you want some good light output a 12" bar fits nicely. I think I paid $27 for my 12" Auxbeam light bar. I've been running Auxbeam lights on all my toys and have never had a problem. Surprising because of how inexpensive they are.

The bumper/headlight guard keep me from being able to remove the grill. I have to take it off if I want to take out the grill. On the plus side of that, I will never have to worry about losing the grill...Hey Bob, does the grill insert still come out easily with that light bar there?
Gotcha. Ok. I’m not going to get the headlight surround. The ability to take that grill out and rinse the radiator at a trailside water source is pretty important in some of the areas we ride. The bumper/headlight guard keep me from being able to remove the grill.
