New member here. I sustained frame damage to the front of my machine, also to the tube frame on the drivers side where the door latches. I'm hearing that Kawi doesn't offer anything for frame replacement and if there's frame damage the insurance company is counting it as totaled. Anybody have any experience you can share on this?

That must have been one hell of an impact. I hope you are ok. I’m not sure about the frames. I heard the same thing but maybe now that they are into model year two something will be available.

A few questions from someone who is still in the process of putting their own back together.
Do you have insurance?
Was the door frame damage to do the side impact of laying on its side or was the frame pushed from the front bowing it?
Any damage to the rear frame or just the rear quarter support brace?
Have you looked for any cracked of paint on parts of the frame other than the front section?

I saw both a front and rear frame section on Ebay when I was looking for a trailing arm, but a quick search this morning did not find it still for sale.

Hope everyone is ok

Total it.. buy it back and Then fix it.. you would be amazed at what a few yanks with a chain in the right spot would do!
Plus one on that. During my misspent youth, I managed to land a Honda Odyssey perfectly upside down after driving off a 10' cliff. The result was pretty ugly total. The initial thought was to move on to a new replacement. I sat on it and did a redesign in my head. A few sessions with a tube bender, chains, and a very talented welding friend produced a much better than factory result. I got a lot of "that's totally cool, how did you think of those mods" comments. The school of playing tag at night in piles of gypsum mine tailings (Jack D was tagging along that night) managed to produce a pretty good design.
